The Patterson 8U All-Stars split their first day of action in Mobile, Alabama, at the Cal Ripken 8U Southwest Region Tournament Thursday, falling to Westside, Alabama and defeating Springdale, Arka

The Patterson 12U Cal Ripken All-Star Baseball team will begin play in the southwest region tournament Thursday in Florence, Alabama. The tournament will continue through Sunday when a champion will be crowned. The event's winner will advance to the Cal Ripken 12U World Series, which will be held Aug. 2 in Branson, Missouri. Patterson 10U All-Stars place fourth at state tournament

The Patterson 10U All-Stars finished 3-2 at the Cal Ripken State Tournament in Kentwood this weekend, good enough for a fourth place finish.
