Patterson 10U All-Stars place fourth at state tournament

The Patterson 10U All-Stars finished 3-2 at the Cal Ripken State Tournament in Kentwood this weekend, good enough for a fourth place finish.

The Patterson 12U All-Stars won the Babe Ruth State Softball title Saturday in Luling, topping Jefferson Parish Recreation Department—East 8-4. It's the second top-two finish for the 12U squad, which last year finished as state runner-up before winning the Southwest Region Title and the 12U World Series. Patterson will return to action in the Southwest Region Tournament, which will be held July 4-8 in Mountain Houme, Arkansas. The Patterson 12U Softball All-Stars won the Babe Ruth State Title Saturday, defeating Jefferson Parish Recreation Department-East 8-4.
