Detectives also located bags of marijuana and a bag containing THC gummies in Segura’s room.
Continuing the investigation, detectives collected evidence that Shibley used his pick-up truck to sell the drugs and that the cash found at the home had come from the illegal sale of marijuana. The vehicle was also seized. The marijuana and THC wax detectives found at the location has an estimated street value of over $17,000.

Boot, wheelbarrow, thimble ousted from Monopoly board game

ATLANTIC CITY, N.J. (AP) — The boot has been booted, the wheelbarrow has been wheeled out, and the thimble got the thumbs down in the latest version of the board game Monopoly. In their place will be a Tyrannosaurus rex, a penguin and a rubber ducky.
More than 4.3 million voters from 146 countries weighed in on which tokens they wanted to see in future versions of the property-acquisition game, which is based on the real-life streets of Atlantic City. Paw-tucket, Rhode Island-based Hasbro announced the winners Friday morning.
Jonathan Berkowitz, Hasbro’s senior vice president of marketing, grew up playing the game with his family.
“While I’m sad to see the iconic thimble, boot, and wheelbarrow tokens go, it will be fun to have some new, fan-sourced tokens in the mix,” he said. “Personally, I’ve always especially liked the boot token, but I’m excited to move onto the T. rex.”
There were 64 contenders, including a winking emoji, a hashtag, a clunky ‘80s-style cellphone and a pair of bunny slippers.
The existing Scottish Terrier, battleship, racecar, top hat and cat tokens will carry on.
The Scottie was top dog in the competition, leading all contenders with 212,476 votes. The T-rex was second with 207,954, and the hat was third with 167,582. The car was fourth with 165,083; the ducky was fifth with 160,485; the cat was sixth with 154,165; the penguin waddled into seventh place with 146,661; and the battleship made the final cut with 134,704 votes.
The closest unsuccessful candidate was the tortoise, which fell nearly 5,700 votes short.
A rain boot got the least support, with 7,239 votes.
The next version of the game will go on sale with the new tokens in the fall.
The board game was “born” on March 19, 1935, when Parker Brothers acquired the rights to it. In the decades since, an estimated 1 billion people have weighed the merits of buying up utilities and railroads or trying to hit it big with Boardwalk hotels.
The original 10 tokens were an iron, purse, lantern, racecar, thimble, shoe, top hat, battleship, cannon and a rocking horse.

Wal-Mart buys online clothing seller ModCloth

NEW YORK (AP) — Wal-Mart has bought trendy clothing seller ModCloth, part of a big push to pick up smaller online brands as it tries to make headway against Amazon.
The company declined to specify the price on the deal that closed Friday, saying only that it was in the same range as its previous two purchases of online businesses. Those were $51 million and $70 million.
Wal-Mart is working hard to attract younger and more affluent shoppers, but winning over ModCloth’s devoted customers, fans of its vintage-inspired patterned dresses, inclusive sizing and community feel, may be a challenge. Many expressed their disappointment on social media when they heard talk of a deal with Wal-Mart.
Bentonville, Arkansas-based Wal-Mart said ModCloth will continue to operate as a stand-alone and complementary brand to its other e-commerce sites, and will bring experience and talent to strengthening the company’s fashion business aimed at millennials. Inde-pendent designers who sell on ModCloth’s site, it said, will gain the opportunity to expand their reach.
ModCloth CEO Matthew Kaness, his executive team and the company’s 300-plus employees will stay based in San Francisco, Los Angeles and Pittsburgh, and will join Wal-Mart’s U.S. e-commerce retail organization.
Wal-Mart spent more than $3 billion for upstart Jet.com last year and since then has purchased other smaller companies, including online footwear retailer ShoeBuy.com and the outdoor gear seller Moosejaw. Marc Lore, the founder of Jet.com who is now CEO of Walmart.com, said last month that the company was still looking for new startups to buy.
ModCloth, founded in 2002, has one physical store in Austin, Texas.

Husband suspects wife’s bar pal is more than a friend

DEAR ABBY: I’ve had a feeling my wife is about to leave me for another man. For the last few months he has been coming to the bar where she works and saying stuff to her. I don’t know what he says, but he has also been texting her and posting things on her Facebook page. She told me he’s only a friend, but since he has been coming around at her work, she’s been really cold to me at night. We don’t have sex like we used to, and she doesn’t let me hold her when we are in bed.
