The plaque in the Morgan City Municipal Auditorium’s concourse also honors the krewe’s standing as the area’s oldest African American Mardi Gras krewe.

King Hannibal XLIII Kendrick Albert-Garner and Queen Cleopatra XLIII Trang Ho unveiled the plaque honoring past Krewe of Hannibal royalty during a celebration held July 22 at the Morgan City Municipal Auditorium. They were also the honorees of a kings and queens luncheon that followed at the Petroleum Club of Morgan City.

On July 22, the Krewe of Hannibal Carnival Club honored its past royalty with a commemorative plaque unveiled at the Morgan City Municipal Auditorium.
