Past kings and queens, and krewe members of the Krewe of Hannibal were invited to participate in the celebration July 22 that marked the unveiling of a plaque honoring the krewe’s past royalty. The plaque in the Morgan City Municipal Auditorium’s concourse also honors the krewe’s standing as the area’s oldest African American Mardi Gras krewe.

King Hannibal XLIII Kendrick Albert-Garner and Queen Cleopatra XLIII Trang Ho unveiled the plaque honoring past Krewe of Hannibal royalty during a celebration held July 22 at the Morgan City Municipal Auditorium.
