The Patterson 10U All-Stars finished as runner-up at the Cal-Ripken 10U State Runner-Up, falling to Iberville 11-7 in the if-necessary game Sunday.

The Patterson 10-year-old All-Stars won the Louisiana Dixie Youth AAA South Regional Tuesday with consecutive wins against previously undefeated Ville Platte. Patterson won game one, 5-0, to force an if-necessary contest. In game two, Patterson came from behind for a 3-2 victory. The Patterson 10-year-old All-Stars knocked off undefeated Ville Platte twice Tuesday to win the Louisiana Dixie Youth South AAA Regional in Ruston.

Patterson 10-year-old All-Star Dillon Richard reaches first base safely during District 3 Tournament action against St. Mary Central earlier this month. Patterson advanced to the tournament finale against Ville Platte after defeating Ruston, 8-5, Monday at the Louisiana Dixie Youth South Regional in Ruston.
