Taco Bell edged Offshore Hammer, 4-3, in Morgan City Recreation Department Dixie League baseball action at Complex Park Monday.

The Berwick Bombers 8U team was runner-ups in the 2017 Akadema Spring Classic recently. Morgan City High School dropped two District 7-4A contests with South Terrebonne this weekend as the squad fell 1-0 Friday in Bourg and 5-1 Saturday in Morgan City.

Freshman Chris Pitre tossed a two-hit shutout, and Morgan City defeated South Terrebonne, 8-0, in District 7-4A action in Morgan City Thursday.
