Ninety-two new confirmed COVID-19 cases were reported by the Louisiana Office of Public Health for three local parishes in the 24 hours ending at midday Wednesday.
St. Mary Parish Sheriff Blaise Smith is asking for the public's help in an investigation into a Dec. 19 robbery in Amelia.
Eighty-three new confirmed cases of COVID-19, 65 of them in St. Martin, were reported Tuesday for three local parishes. St. Mary and St. Martin have one newly reported fatality each.
