This summer marks the beginning of the 66th Louisiana Lions Camp — 61 years in Leesville. The first Lions Camp near Leesville is located on 185 acres of piney woodlands.
At this time, Raymond E. Cecil III, executive director of Louisiana Lions Camp in Anacoco, hopes to have an abbreviated camp for special needs children.
Applications for a summer vacation full of fun for special needs youth in the Tri-City area are now being accepted by members of the Morgan City Lions Club.
