The Morgan City 10-year-old All-Stars and the St. Mary Central 12-year-old All-Stars will begin Louisiana Dixie Youth Regional play in Vidalia and Shreveport, respectively, Friday.
St. Mary Central finished as runner-up at the District 3 Majors Tournament this weekend in Morgan City, qualifying for the Louisiana Dixie Youth North Regional in Shreveport.
The Morgan City 12-year-old All-Stars finished 0-2 in Louisiana Dixie Youth North Regional action in West Monroe, dropping two close contests.
St. Mary Central 12-year-old All-Stars capped an undefeated finish at the District 3 Majors Tournament in Bayou Vista Monday with a 10-1 win against Franklin.
