A curfew will be in effect for St. Mary Parish from 10 p.m. Friday until 6 a.m. Saturday, according to the St. Mary Parish Sheriff's Office.
Effective immediately, Teche Regional Medical Center in Morgan City has initiated its emergency response plan and is proactively taking steps to prepare for the potential impact of Tropical Storm B
“We’re doing all we can to be prepared,” said Morgan City Mayor Frank “Boo” Grizzaffi Friday afternoon as he watched pumps being added at Pump Station 4 near Veterans Boulevard.
