Seventeen baseball teams from across south Louisiana will compete in the fifth annual Tri-City Baseball Classic, which will begin Thursday and run through Saturday. In all, the event will be played at five sites as teams will meet at Morgan City’s Tiger Diamond in Morgan City, the Amelia Recreation Center where Central Catholic plays and at Berwick, Patterson and South Terrebonne High schools.
