February is National Children’s Dental Health Month. The Bayou District Dental Association notes that children’s teeth are meant to last a lifetime.

St. Mary AARP recognized Berwick High School students and their faculty sponsor for volunteering to help with the organizations meetings.
February birthday and anniversary celebrants were recognized at the Feb. 4 St. Mary AARP meeting. The next meeting and meal will be March 11.

St. Mary Parish AARP Chapter 4435 held its monthly meeting on Feb. 4 at the St. Mary Senior Citizens Center, home of St. Mary AARP, in Morgan City.

Patterson Garden Club learns about butterflies

Patterson Garden Club held its monthly meeting Feb. 20 at the home of Iris Roy. Co-hosting with Roy was Ginger Griffin. A meal, including pizza and salad, was served.
Berwick High School Interact Club members were guests at the St. Mary AARP February meeting.
