Central Catholic High School's Caroline Green hits the ball over the net during Friday's Division V state semifinal contest against Ascension Episcopal at the Pontchartrain Center in Kenner. Green had 16 kills and five blocks, but the No. 3 seed Lady Eagles fell in five sets by scores of 25-16, 14-25, 25-23, 23-25, 15-11. Central Catholic finished its season with a 36-9 mark.
