St. Martin had 19 of the 32 new COVID-19 cases reported for three local parishes at midday Friday, according to Louisiana Office of Public Health statistics.

Nine new COVID-19 cases were reported at midday Thursday in Assumption and St. Martin parishes. No new fatalities were reported locally.

St. Mary had three new COVID-19 cases and Assumption had two in Wednesday's midday report from the Louisiana Office of Public Health.
