The Bayou Horseshoe Pitchers Association held its annual St. Jude Fall Horseshoe Tournament Fundraiser at Kemper Williams Park near Patterson Saturday.
Bayou Horseshoe Pitcher Association members have received National Horseshoe Pitchers Association Top 10 League awards. Members competed locally and nationally for these awards. All awards are based on 40-shoe games. Honorees are, from left, Tim Gilmore, Elders Division (fourth in High Point game with 106 points and fifth in High Point average at 83.95); Tyler Bourdier, Junior Boys Division (10th in High Point game with 47 points, 10th in High Point average at 28.36 and seventh in High Game over average with 18.82 points); Linda Dodson, Women’s Division (seventh in High Game over average with 32.36 points); and Tim Hayles, Men’s Division (fourth in High Game over average with 33.59 points).
