The Louisiana Dixie Youth South Regional Minors and Majors tournaments that were scheduled to be held in Morgan City at Complex and Cypress parks have been moved to Ruston and will be held Thursday through Sunday. The change was made Sunday because of facility damage as well as debris from Tropical Storm Barry and other storm-related factors, said Morgan City Recreation Department’s Seth Thomas, who also serves as Dixie Youth assistant state director of the south.
