The Morgan City 9-year-old All-Stars won the District 3 Championship Monday with a 20-10 victory against Franklin at Peltier Park in Thibodaux. Morgan City concluded district play with a 3-0 mark, outscoring opponents a combined 53-23. No individual statistics were available Wednesday from the teams’ contests.
