The Bayou Horseshoe Pitchers Association is seeking new members and will be holding a “Day in the Park” Saturday at Kemper Williams Park near Patterson. Welcoming and sanctioning of new players will begin at approximately 10 a.m. The Bayou Horseshoe Pitchers Association also would like to welcome potential youth players. Players will be available to educate and instruct on organized horseshoe pitching, and horseshoes will be available. Food and refreshments will be served.
