Employee wants out of mandatory book club
DEAR ABBY: I have worked for the same company for 20 years. For the last eight years, I was part of an office book club, mostly because I was pressured regularly by the boss to participate.

DEAR ABBY: My friends and family constantly ask me when I plan to get a new phone. I have a slide phone. I used to have a flip phone, which also drew the same questions. I am not a phone person.
DEAR ABBY: I’m a teenage girl who has always heard and seen on TV and in movies that there’s pressure from guys to have sex. That may be true, but I feel there is also pressure from society.
DEAR ABBY: I am a 16-year-old girl in a somewhat happy relationship. When I first started dating my boyfriend, he was all about it, as was I.
DEAR ABBY: I’m a 15-year-old girl, and I’m struggling with abuse. I’m mentally and physically abused by my family constantly, yet they make me out to be the abusive one.
