A 34-year-old Siracusa man was booked on multiple drug and gun charges stemming from an October 2018 incident, St. Mary Parish Sheriff Blaise Smith said in a news release.

Morgan City police officers responded at 12:44 p.m. Wednesday to a complaint of shots fired on Ash Street between Second and Dora streets. One man had a minor injury in the shooting, police said.
A 45-year-old man was booked into jail Tuesday stemming from an October 2018 incident where he provided alcohol to a juvenile, Morgan City Police Chief James Blair said in a news release.
