Tonia LaRue Matthews, native of Denham Springs, LA was a Living testimony of Bible second greatest commandment, “Love Your Neighbor as Yourself.” Toni was the second oldest of six children. Tonia; known by all who ever knew her as Toni and by few as Tiger, was born in Saginaw, MI but spent most of her childhood growing up in Zwolle, LA. She attended Many High School.
