June 10, 1928 — June 5, 2017 John T. “Tommy” Harrison Sr., a native and longtime resident of Laurel, was called home to his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ at the age of 88 on Monday, June 5, 2017, at his son’s home in Bayou Vista, Louisiana, just five days shy of his 89th birthday. A loving son, husband, father and grandfather, Tommy was a family man through and through.
