Huey Peter Landry, 81, a resident of Morgan City, passed away Friday, Oct. 13, 2017, at Teche Regional Medical Center, surrounded by his loving family. Huey was born Feb. 16, 1936, in Morgan City, the son of Peter Mary Landry and Estelle “Stella” Vicknair Landry. Huey served in the National Guard from 1954-1957. He worked for the City of Morgan City as a meter reader, where he worked his way up to the Director of Utilities.
