Local governments are poised to begin addressing roads in St. Mary Parish that have been long overdue for attention.
The St. Mary Parish Council has bonded $10 million in infrastructure funds, with another in the same amount to come in the near future.
Parish government will keep the lion’s share of the funds, $7.5 million.
