The second annual Patterson Historic Walking Tour and Fall Fest showcased downtown Patterson and Morey Park on Saturday just as city leaders are about to embark on major renovations to the park. Officials held a ribbon cutting ceremony Saturday to mark the re-opening of a Boy Scout hut that was moved out of Morey Park to across Main Street.
