Hospital Service District No. 2 and South Louisiana Community College are putting the final touches on an agreement that could send prospective health care workers to college.
After a June 13 location scouting trip by the film’s creative team, Franklin has been chosen as the site of location filming for the movie “Norma.”
Thirty-nine students from St. Mary Parish were among the 667 who received degrees May 16 at Nicholls State University’s 118th Commencement.
