The Franklin Volunteer Fire Department has announced the 2017 E. Louis Boudreaux Memorial Scholarship was awarded to Aimee’ K. Bertrand of Franklin High School.
Franklin is a stop for Tour du Teche on Saturday, Oct. 7.
