Ida could still bring hurricane force wind gusts in St. Martin, Iberia, and St. Mary Parishes Sunday afternoon and night.
The Bayou Vista Community Center and all Recreation District 3 facilities will be closed Sunday and Monday because of Hurricane Ida.
Operations are scheduled to resume Tuesday.

Hurricane Ida is expected to make landfall Sunday afternoon or evening in the St.
A voluntary evacuation for all of St. Mary will be in place beginning at 6 p.m. Friday, and a mandatory evacuation for areas of the parish south of the Intracoastal Waterway beginning at 8 a.m.
