Sportsman's restricted paradise

Fishing is usually a relaxing pastime. But for many anglers in south Louisiana, determining what waterways they have access to has become a nightmare. One piece of legislation meant to help alleviate that problem got voted down Tuesday in the Legislature. House Bill 391, authored by Rep. Kevin Pearson, R-Slidell, was intended to provide public access to running waters of the state.
