A district judge has dismissed a lawsuit filed in November 2017 in which a Patterson police officer alleged that the mayor had temporarily revoked his police commission card due to a traffic stop he conducted on the mayor. In court records, both sides stated they had resolved their differences and requested the case be dismissed. Patterson Police Cpl.
