A district judge has dismissed a lawsuit filed in November 2017 in which a Patterson police officer alleged that the mayor had temporarily revoked his police commission card due to a traffic stop he conducted on the mayor.
In court records, both sides stated they had resolved their differences and requested the case be dismissed.
Patterson Police Cpl. Kevin Stewart had filed the lawsuit Nov. 6, 2017, against the city of Patterson and Mayor Rodney Grogan.
