Former Capital Management Consultants bookkeeper Karen Duhon must either spend a day in jail or serve the same amount of time in community service following a contempt of court charge in a civil case against her.
On Monday, Judge Suzanne deMahy of 16th Judicial District Court ordered the sanctions. Duhon was also ordered to pay $750 in attorney fees.
