J-turn work set to finish at year’s end

Two major phases of road work on U.S. 90 in St. Mary Parish are slated to finish by late this year or early next year. Installation of J-turns along U.S. 90 from Berwick to Patterson should finish around Christmas, while construction of the Four Corners overpass at La. 318 and U.S. 90 will finish in February or March, state Rep. Sam Jones, D-Franklin, said. Work began during 2016 on the Four Corners overpass. This overpass cost about $65 million.
