Bike Morgan City plan presented to council

The Morgan City government got a look Tuesday at a proposed master plan for the Bike Morgan City bicycle path, more than 16 miles of trail designed to connect neighborhoods, create a recreational opportunity and give the city another attraction during a continuing economic slump.
