Berwick council says its goodbyes

BERWICK – The town council’s last meeting before new members are seated took on a sentimental air Tuesday. Four of the five council members and Mayor Louis Ratcliff will step down. The fifth council member, Duval Arthur, won the Nov. 6 election to succeed Ratcliff, who served three council terms and three as mayor. Also stepping down are Mayor Pro Tem Jacki Ackel, Damon Robison, Greg Roussel and Troy Lombado.
