UPDATED: Hanagriff makes case for consolidation

Parish President David Hanagriff surprised at least one member of the St. Mary Industrial Group with his talk on Monday. But that wasn’t a bad thing for the pro-business organization. Hanagriff laid out a plan for consolidating the parish’s drainage districts, part of a process SMIG has embraced for years.
