Morgan City High School jumped out to a 33-0 lead at the end of the first quarter and never was threatened as it rolled to a 60-6 rout of North Central in nondistrict play in Morgan City Friday.
Morgan City High School was the Tri-City Area's lone Friday night winner in Week 3 action as the Tigers (2-1) routed North Central 60-6 in Morgan City.
Morgan City High School will look to win its second straight contest when the Tigers host North Central Friday at 7 p.m.
Morgan City High School will host its annual volleyball tournament Thursday and Saturday.
Hanson Memorial kept things close early with Morgan City High School, but the home standing Tigers and quarterback Devonta Grogan were too much as they pulled away for a 40-6 victory Sunday.
