The Morgan City Tigers had one first-team All-District 7-4A baseball selection this postseason.
Senior Maurice Martin led the squad as a first-team utility pick.
Morgan City High School’s football team still may be battling a numbers’ problem, but the Tigers are ahead of where they were a year ago when Chris Stroud took over the program.
Morgan City High School honored its student-athletes in all sports during an athletic awards ceremony Tuesday at the school.
