The Morgan City Fire Department responded to a minor fire at a house on Federal Avenue between Terrebonne and Egle streets around mid-morning Wednesday.
A fire Monday afternoon at Brownell Homes in Morgan City caused severe damage to one unit and also damaged some surrounding units, Morgan City Fire Chief Alvin Cockerham said.
