Lester Waguespack was introduced as the first lifetime member of the Bayou Horseshoe Pitchers Association. He has been a charter member of the BHPA since Dec. 9, 1997, serving as secretary/treasurer for 10 years. Waguespack was inducted in the Louisiana State Horseshoe Pitchers Association’s Hall of Fame in 2015.
