Morgan City voters are asked to update charter

Morgan City Mayor Lee Dragna has submitted to the City Council a 2024 budget that makes room for more than $12 million from two grants that will improve water and natural gas service.
Vox Fortura will be the next performer in the Morgan City Live Community Concert Association’s 2023-24 season.
Last week a federal judge ruled the Biden administration must go through with offshore lease sales in the Gulf of Mexico by Sept. 27 as originally planned and under original conditions.
