Jordan Landry of Morgan City recently competed in a regional gymnastics competition in Rockwall, Texas, where he placed first in his floor routine and second for vault.
Jordan Landry of Morgan City qualified at the regional tournament in Fort Worth, Texas, and qualified as an elite gymnast at the national tournament to be held in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, May 20. Jordan Landry of Morgan City, who already won a Louisiana state gymnastics title, recently placed first in regional competition against top athletes from six states. Because of his regional finish, Landry is advancing to nationals in Orlando, Florida, in May. He also was invited to attend the Region 3 summer camp for this region's top athletes. (Submitted Photo)
