The South Terrebonne Gators pulled away in the second half of Friday’s nondistrict contest for a 35-20 victory against the Patterson Lumberjacks at Lumberjack Stadium.
While Patterson trailed just 14-7 at halftime, South Terrebonne scored touchdowns on its first two drives of the second half for a 28-7 lead.
The Gators added another touchdown in the fourth quarter for a 35-14 advantage.
South Terrebonne’s second-half scores came via a 13-yard pass from Christian Arceneaux to Peyton Parr. Shea Pitre, who was five-of-five on point-after attempts, made the extra point for a 21-7 South Terrebonne lead.
