Patterson Lumberjacks fall on the road at Westlake, 5-3

The Patterson Lumberjacks fell on the road to Westlake, 5-3, Monday. Westlake used a three- run third and two-run fifth to turn 2-0 Patterson lead into a 5-2 Westlake advantage. The Lumberjacks scored a run in the top of the sixth. Early on, Patterson scored two runs in the top of the first. Despite the loss, Patterson outhit Westlake, 9-8. Joseph Larson led Patterson with a 2-for-3 performance with two RBIs and a run, while Randy Paul was 2-for-3 with an RBI. Noah Bryant added a 1-for-4 performance with a double and a run.
