The Patterson Lumberjills were beaten pretty solidly in its first set against Ellender Tuesday by a score of 25-12. Instead of folding, however, the squad regrouped and handed Ellender three losses in sets two through for a 3-1 victory. Patterson won the second and third sets by scores of 25-19 and the fourth set 25-15. “We played with a lot of heart,” Patterson Coach Chasity Toups said. “These girls wanted this win, and they left it all out on the court.
