The Morgan City High School baseball team run-ruled Ellender, 11-0, in District 7-4A action in Houma Monday. Morgan City scored two in the first, one in the second and sixth in the fourth for a 9-0 lead. The visitors added two runs in the top of the sixth, and after Ellender was unable to score in the bottom of the frame, the game was called due to the 10-run mercy rule.
