Morgan City defeats Thibodaux, 6-3

Morgan City High School defeated Thibodaux High, 6-3, on the road Wednesday. Hits were even at eight apiece, and Morgan City committed three errors to Thibodaux’s single miscue. Kennedy Hebert led Morgan City offensively with a 2-for-4 performance with two triples, three RBIs and a run. Other top offensive contributors for Morgan City included Hallie Blanchard, 2-for-3, an RBI and a run; Reilee Bailey, 2-for-3, a run; McKenzi Smith, 1-for-3, an RBI; and Scottie Metrejean, an RBI.
