The first-team offenses of Morgan City and Franklin each scored a touchdown in their spring game Thursday evening at J.C. Dry Stadium.
Franklin’s touchdown came near the end of its second first-team possession as quarterback Zariq Perry kept the ball on a 15-yard run for a score.
Morgan City had the ball for the majority of the period during a 10-minute live quarter that was played after the teams’ each had first- and second-team play blocks during the first portion of the scrimmage.
