Morgan City High School won its first game of the season with a 29-24 victory against Hanson Memorial Friday in Franklin, and while Morgan City Coach Eric Howard was happy for the win, he wasn’t exactly thrilled after the game.
After Hanson scored a touchdown with 54 seconds remaining to go up 24-21, Morgan City’s Kerwin Francois returned the kickoff for the eventual game-winning touchdown.
