Lumberjills battling youth, injuries this season

The Patterson Lumberjills have endured injuries this season but also have a young squad. Despite all of this, the team’s expectations are higher than a year ago, assistant coach Trevor Richard said. “This year we have way more expectations than last year,” Richard said of the squad, which finished 7-9 a year ago. “Last year, we finished off with five girls, so basically I’m trying to build the program back up.
